This 500g packet contains Rehmat-e-Shereen's Kala Jamun, which is a highly popular, rich, and intensely flavored variation of the famous Gulab Jamun sweet. Like its lighter counterpart, it is made from milk solids (khoya) and flour, deep-fried, and then soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup (flavored with rose water or cardamom).
