6 sachets of instant Miso Soup. It can be prepared in a mug as a quick convenient snack-drink or made into a more elaborate meal with vegetables crispbread and other ingredients. Each sachet contains a light miso together with wakame seaweed and Kombu. Miso is a good source of soy protein and the sea vegetables contains a number of essential minerals.
