To Prepare Authentic Iraqi Tea Don't wash or boil tea leaves. Shake well before use. Boil 1L Pure water. Add 12g or more as per taste. Allow to steep for 20 minutes. It's preferable to cover the pot or re-heat without boiling. Add your choice of cardamom or rose petals while steeping.
